To strengthen our marketing team, we are looking for a full-time 

Marketing Operations Manager (m/w/d)

at the Berlin headquarters, our Polish entity in Warsaw.

Your tasks:

  • Sync our CRM with the other tools and marketing channels for reporting purposes
  • Development and optimization of a state-of-the-art CRM infrastructure and measurement of marketing activities and campaigns
  • Execute programs for the perfect orchestration through different channels (email, LinkedIn, Adwords, webinars) and platforms (CRM, marketing automation tools)
  • Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of marketing and revenue operations processes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align processes and drive operational efficiency
  • Lead change initiatives and drive organizational adoption of new processes, systems, and GTM strategies
  • Provide guidance, enablement sessions and mentorship to marketers and our CRM users
  • Build dashboards and reports for reporting purposes

What we expect:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in CRM systems (Sugar CRM or Salesforce), marketing or revenue operations, or a similar role within a technology (B2B) company
  • Good understanding of marketing and sales processes
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to derive insights from complex datasets
  • Working knowledge of email campaign best practices including list and subscribers’ management, deliverability and compliance (GDPR)
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to align marketing operations with overall business goals
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across different departments and levels of the organization
  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on revenue growth and operational excellence
  • Advanced knowledge using tracking tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics or similar)
  • Fluent business English skills (German is a plus)
